Three parties, one roof

No one does work they are bad at. The affiliate already owns the relationship with the family. Give Solar already owns the license and the crew. A sponsor closes the gap between what a build budget covers and what a solar array costs.

Who carries what

The agreement fits on two pages because each party's obligations are things they already do.

The affiliate
Selects the home, confirms the family's mortgage terms, schedules the volunteer day, and owns the roof warranty conversation.
Give Solar
Designs the array, pulls permits, handles interconnection with the utility, leads the install, and commissions the system.
The sponsor
Covers hardware, permits and interconnection. Volunteer labor covers the rest.
The family
Sees the saving on the power bill for the life of the panels. Nothing is added to the mortgage.
